Project Blender is split into three distinct phases:

Phase 01: The Open Bracket.

Phase 02: The Closed Qualifier, live at Paris Games Week 2026.

Phase 03: The Finals, all in a prestigious venue in Paris!

Phase 01

Phase 1 brings back what Project Blender does best: an Open Bracket!
256 teams will face off in a Single Elimination, Best-of-1 bracket.
The final two teams will secure their spot for Phase 2, but still face-off in a final match to determine their seeding for the next phase.

Phase 02

Things are heating up in Phase 2!

The two qualified teams from Phase 1 will meet with six invited teams from across Europe to enter this fierce competition.

All eight teams will be split into two groups of four to compete in a Best-of-3 Round Robin.

The final two teams will qualify for Phase 3, and will play their last match on the main stage at Paris Games Week to determine their seeding for the final Phase.

Phase 03

On December 18th, Project Blender reaches its peak with Phase 3: The Final Stage!

Live in a prestigious venue in Paris, this phase will feature the two qualified teams from Phase 2, alongside six invited teams from around the world in a Single Elimination, Best-of-3 bracket.

The top two teams will then face-off in a Best-of-5 Grand Final to crown the new champion of Project Blender 2026.

Blender Draft

Starting in Phase 2, our unique pick-and-ban system comes into play: the Blender Draft.

For Map 1, Teams A & B pick their agents freely. However, Team A, the team who selected the first map, cannot re-use the same agents for the rest of the match.

For Map 2, just like for Team A, Team B cannot re-use the same agents as Map 1, and must remake their composition.

If it goes to Map 3, Team B must remake their composition once again, unable to use the same agents as Map 2. However, they can re-use the same agents as Map 1.

As for Team A, they are able to re-use the same composition as Map 2, but still cannot use the same agents as Map 1.

Prize pool & Bounty

Teams are competing for a prize pool of 100,000€, split across Phase 2 and Phase 3.

Phase 2 offers a prize pool of 10,000€: available by either making it to the Top 4, or through our brand-new Blender Bounty!

Every time you win a map, your team takes home an additional 120€ in prizing.

Blender Bounty

Once you make it to Phase 3, you gain access to 90,000€ in prizing, with over 40,000€ of it going to our newly crowned champion!
