For its launch, Project Blender broke the record for participants in a VALORANT tournament and became the most populous tournament for the Riot Games title.
This weekend, we held Phase 01 the first part of Project Blender ... and what a tournament it was! With 4,782 rounds played in 251 matches, the 291 teams participating in Phase 01 made VALORANT history.
Project Blender Phase 01, the tournament with the most teams registered, allowed 16 amateur, semi-professional and professional teams to advance to Phase 02, which will take place from 7 to 16 November and will feature national professional teams, mixed professional teams and teams participating in Blender Spotlight, a tournament reserved for teams made up of members of gender minorities.
